One of the components we are building for our Joomla 1.5 Google Base Proejct, is "Google Base Property".

This is a full system that allows a Joomla site to be converted into a property system. Allowing property agencts of all types to advertise their properties on thier own site, which will automatically upload to Google via FTP, to be shown on the worlds largest Property Portal for free.

Yes we are literally about to release a new version of this system in the next few days, we are bug testing it now and will have it ready very soon.
