The first 2 lines in Maroon just define what kind of document it is, and tells google's computers what it is and what to look for.
The Red lines 3-7 are the description of who is sending it in
The blue lines 8-13 is the information about your website, and what products or services you supply.
The green Lines 14-25 is the information about a single product, if there is more than one it will just be the same but all wrote out again with the new info about the next product.
The last 2 lines of code 26 and 27 are called closing tags, it tells the computer reading this, that this is the end of the document.
