Operators needed once installed

Two fully automated 48 camera bullet time rigs, installed four metres up, firing up to once a minute with nobody operating them.

What Did We Do?

This one runs itself. We engineered two fully automated 48 camera bullet time rigs, designed to fire up to every 60 seconds, all day, with no operator.

The client’s system sends a fire command over the network. Our bridge software receives it, fires the rig, builds the movie, names it with a unique code and drops it into a watch folder, where their system picks it up and matches it to the right game by that code. Nobody touches anything.

The casings were designed in CAD around a drawing of the venue, CNC cut, and fitted with a bespoke power and trigger system. We built everything in our workshop and ran it non stop for a month to stress test it before install. Then we installed it ourselves, up ladders at four metres, wired, tested and fully operational. Both rigs at the same time.

Common Automation FAQs

Does a bullet time rig need an operator?

Not this kind. These two rigs fire, process, name and deliver every movie automatically, triggered by the venue’s own system over the network.

How reliable is an automated rig?

We ran this system non stop for a month in our workshop before installing it. Stress testing happens before the public ever sees it.

Can it integrate with our systems?

Yes. This install takes fire commands over the network and returns coded files to a watch folder, so the venue’s software always knows which movie belongs to which game.
