Experiential Events

Bullet time rigs for live events: a queue that forms itself, branded videos in guests’ inboxes within moments, and content that keeps working long after the night ends. Built, staffed and run by us since 2001.

Social sharing

From rig to inbox in moments

The moment a guest steps out of the rig, our system builds their personalised bullet time video: branded with your event graphics, intro, outro and a music track. They add their email on the tablet beside the rig and the clip lands in their inbox, ready to share. Every guest becomes a promoter, and the email list is handed to you in full GDPR compliance, or wiped at the end of the night if you prefer.

Branding

The rig becomes the centrepiece

The array itself can carry the campaign: branded panels, colours and full wraps, from a subtle logo through to a completely dressed structure. Every photo a guest takes of the rig carries your brand, not just the videos it makes.

Reach

Millions of views are possible

Plenty of our event videos have gone viral, and some are still collecting views years later, tens of millions each. At Metro Centre Comic Con one weekend of clips passed 20 million views.

Practical

Sizes, power and setup

A 12 camera rig needs about 2m x 1m and is up in under an hour. A 24 camera rig needs about 3m x 1.5m, a 40 camera arc about 4m x 2m plus standing space, and a full 360 ring about 6m x 6m, with the biggest builds taking 6 to 8 hours. We work overnight for shopping centres and venues that cannot close. Even the largest rigs draw 400 to 600 watts, about the same as a kitchen fridge, from one standard 13 amp socket. We bring a 5G connection for the video sending, and experienced NWD staff run everything.

Event types

Built around your event

We run rigs for brand activations, corporate events and private events, alongside our bullet time photo booths, 360 photo booths and 12 camera mini booth.
