Three days at ICE in ExCel London, a 96 camera rig running ten hours a day, and over 1,200 movies landing in visitors' inboxes seconds after each shot.

What Did We Do?

Microgaming asked us to bring a bullet time rig that would stop foot traffic at their stand at the ICE gambling expo in ExCel London. We built a 96 camera rig fed by 9 computers and 10 custom wiring looms, running our own software for capture, alignment and delivery.

For three days the rig ran nine to ten hours a day with a constant queue, producing over 400 movies a day and more than 1,200 across the show. For this job we added a social media plugin to the software, so each movie was emailed to the visitor within seconds of the shot, tagged and linked for Microgaming’s campaign, usually before they had stepped out of the rig.

We worked with the set designers on a wall that held the electronics, computers, wiring and trigger systems, keeping every cable out of public view.
