One socket powers everything

A touring bullet time booth for Doctor Strange: four venues in 11 days, including a red carpet premiere, and 2,500 movies emailed to visitors on the spot.

What Did We Do?

Feref, the agency behind the iconic Star Wars posters, asked us for a touring bullet time booth to promote Marvel’s Doctor Strange. We designed the full promotional stand in 3D, including how it would move between venues, go up and come down.

The stand toured four locations in 11 days: Westfield Stratford, the red carpet premiere at Odeon Leicester Square, Odeon IMAX at Manchester Printworks and Odeon BFI Waterloo. Our own staff handled all the transport, setup and operation.

The build held a 48 camera array and all its wiring, passed every health and safety requirement Disney set, had electronic safety cut offs throughout, and ran from a single 13 amp socket.

Across the campaign we created over 2,500 movies. Each one was captured, aligned, branded and emailed to the visitor in under a minute by our own software, ready to share before they had walked away.
