Automated 48 Camera Bullet Time Rig
Fully integrated into their own software system, firing at an exact moment each time and every time without fails.
How often does it fire?
It fires up to every 60 seconds, of course it doesnt fire if the game was empty.
How does it fire?
Our software is custom built to fire when it is activated. We created a bridge software system that took a fire command over a network and told our software to fire. Once they told our system to fire, we took over for there and fired the shot, created the movie, named it with a unique code, and exported it into a watch folder that was then picked up by their system. Their system knew which movie was which, due to the code it was named.
Which bits did we make and what did we do?
We designed the casings in CAD, using a CAD drawing of the Cube. The entire casing was then exported for a CNC shop to cut out the panels. We then created a bespoke power and trigger system to control the cameras, built the software specifically for this project and built it in our workshop. We had it running for a month before installing it, firing non stop to stress test it. It was then installed by ourselves, on ladders, 4 meters up in the air, where we installed, wired up, tested it and had it fully operational… both rigs at the same time.
